About Dash Custom Homes
Each and every home is constructed with a combination of careful craftsmanship and passionate design to provide an individualized experience in creating your home.
With over a decade of experience in construction development industry, Frankie and Casey Marquez officially established Dash Custom Homes in 2020 to help others build and design their dream homes as they have done themselves.
Frankie and Casey are a dynamic team. With Frankie’s unique skills and experience as a builder along with Casey’s expertise in realty and design processing, the duo is able to personally walk customers through envisioning and creating custom homes in detailed, professional collaboration that is distinct to Dash Custom Homes’ mission of providing individualized service to their customers.
Frankie has been in construction his whole life, working for his father’s painting & drywall business for many years growing up as well as framing homes through grade school. This gave him his first experiences in the construction realm, as well as opening the doors to Frankie’s passion for entrepreneurship in owning and operating a business. Frankie began investing in real estate through land purchasing at the age of 18, and at 23 years old he personally contracted the construction of his first personal home in Marble Falls, TX. In the next few years, he performed extensive remodels in the Marble Falls and Austin areas, and also worked as the general contractor for multiple homes for both family members and his personal homes.
Frankie and Casey got married in 2012 while still residing in Marble Falls, and in 2013 opened a fitness gym in Spicewood out of a small warehouse they had leased. That same year, they also purchased the land in Travis Settlement that would eventually be developed into their first home together in 2014. After designing and building this home, their mutual passion for building as a duo was set aflame. They began designing, building, and selling a new home every two years.
Following the birth of their first son, Jett, in 2016, Casey resigned after 8 years of teaching as an elementary school teacher in order to raise their son. She began a part-time job with Casey and Frankie’s good friend Tyler O’Brien, who owns and operates Agave Custom Homes and Realty. Casey found a new passion in design and realty, and this part-time job soon became her full-time position. She received her real estate license and has since taken on the role of project and administrative manager.
After the birth of their second son, Cruz, Frankie and Casey decided to officially launch Dash Custom Homes. After completing their current home, Casey and Frankie felt the timing was finally right to use the skills and passion they have both been developing for years to start their business. Since then, they have finished several custom homes, have several specs on the ground, and are finalizing contracts for additional custom homes to be built. The duo is delighted to finally help serve others in what they have already developed themselves, while utilizing their own specific skills to work together and create beautiful homes.
