Sell Your Home & Acquire a Lot:
Casey will serve as your realtor for guiding you through listing and selling your current home. With her strong skills and years of experience as a realtor and designer, Casey has a full understanding of how to sell a home as well as what to look for when finding a lot for new construction. After helping you sell your current home, she will also walk you through the steps needed to then locate and acquire the lot for your new home with a great understanding of making sure your budget fits the needs of the land you choose!
Develop & Design:
Casey and Frankie will assist you in connecting you with an architect to begin the development of your new home. Casey will help you decide on important design finishes both interior and exterior (such as paint colors, materials, tiling, and accent walls and features) and the finalization of these processes to ensure the special touches on your new home. Frankie will personally serve to assist you through the entire development process of constructing and moving into your new dream home.
Build:
Throughout the full construction and completion process, Casey and Frankie will aid you in giving individualized professional service. Casey will work as project manager, overseeing important decisions and finalizations, while Frankie will work as the general contractor in building your home and overseeing all building and move-in processes to make your dream home into a reality!
